I’ve built and scaled businesses from the ground up, and I know what it takes to get them moving. I founded my own PR agency, growing it to hundreds of thousands in revenue and a team of 13 full-time employees. I was employee number five at a tech company before it had funding, staying through to its $2 billion valuation and eventual sale to PayPal, where I was responsible for its media reputation.

I also worked with a Swedish family-run business, helping it transform into a tech company and grow from 60 to over 500 people. I supported the business through Covid-19, guiding a change in the management team, improving processes, tightening decision-making, defining company strategy, and shaping culture. More recently, I served as Chief of Staff to a CEO of a Swedish company, supporting alignment amongst the team, rebranding, and board preparation while helping futureproof the business.

Across these roles, I’ve learned how to clarify what’s blocking growth, design practical solutions, and help businesses execute them effectively. I bring hands-on experience in scaling teams, improving processes, and shaping leadership — all to help owners and leadership teams unlock their business’s next phase.
